His Excellency Mohamed Khalifa Al Nuaimi serves as Director General of Executive and Financial Affairs at the Abu Dhabi Department of Finance.

Prior to joining the Abu Dhabi Department of Finance, H.E. Al Nuaimi was Director of the Education Affairs Office at the Crown Prince Court (CPC) of Abu Dhabi. 

In this role, he oversaw the activation of multiple programs, including the Moral Education program; Youth Ambassador program; UAE Media Apprenticeship program; Mohamed Bin Zayed Majlis for Future Generations, and the Qudwa Teachers Forum.

During his career, H.E. Al Nuaimi has worked with Abu Dhabi Investment Council (ADIC) and Abu Dhabi Media Company, as well as the General Secretariat of the Executive Council.

He is a board member of several public and private organizations, including the Sorbonne University in Abu Dhabi and UAE Special Olympics and Al Bayt Mitwahid, an Emirati social initiative that works towards building a cohesive society. H.E is currently as well representing DOF on the board of the federal tax authority.

H.E. Al Nuaimi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Western Australia and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Edith Cowan University, Australia. H.E is currently enrolled in the London Business School working in completing the Executive MBA in 2021.
